A group of students with their teachers from Åbo Academy University in Finland visited the Faculty of Geosciences at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”. They were received by the Dean Naser Peci, who introduced them to various programs, activities and Prof. Dr. Gani Maliqi, who explained on Kosovo’s geology and mineralization.

Then the students continued their visit to Trepca mine in Stanterg, Flotation (accompanied by Gani Maliqi) and industrial waste with the surrounding area also sampling certain points (accompanied by Behxhet Shala)

This group of students will stay in Kosovo for two days then continue their visit to Albania.
