Faculty of Education – Key Performance Indicator for 2021-2022

The Faculty of Education has completed the Key performance indicator document for the year 2021-2022. The key performance indicator document contains the results of statistical data about the progress, success, students’ dropout rate and their reasons, as well as the satisfaction of students with their study programs, with the services offered, with teaching practice, etc.

The performance indicators’ results, after analysis and discussions are translated into improvement and development activities in the action plan.

This document contains data on the most important aspects of academic life such as:

  • Teaching and Learning: Evaluation by students; Student-Staff Ratio; Training that have been developed and those that are necessary to be developed; Academic and administrative staff performance; Support services
  • Students’ performance: Annual Passing; Abandonment of studies; Graduation of students
  • Quality assurance: Results from the reports of quality assurance, development and measurement instruments; Scientific Research; Scientific publications; Staff participation in scientific conferences and other professional events ; Number of Citations; Participation in research projects; Cooperation with partners; Meetings with business partners and other partners; Proposals for changes in academic programs; Community service activities
