The students of the third year of FE – UIBM attended a lecture by Prof.Dr. John McArdle from Salem State University – USA, who was engaged as an expert through the Fulbright project. Since this month many institutions in Kosovo marked the week for the promotion of gender equality, Prof. McArdle was invited to the Human Resources Management course lectures by Prof.Ass.Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri.

The students had the opportunity to attend the lecture and discuss the topic “Glass Ceiling”, a topic which deals precisely with the lack of legal equality in leading positions.

This was considered a very good experience for the students as they recently had the opportunity to discuss and receive information on how such an issue is handled even in developed countries such as the USA.
