Five UIBM students successfully completed the “Global Engineer Girls Kosovo” program

Five students of “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM): Elma Sallahu, Shpresa Bajrami, Albina Demaku, Blerta Jusufi and Bleona Feka, have successfully completed the “Global Engineer Girls Kosovo” program. Part of this program were also 10 students from the University of Pristina and 5 from the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, for whom diplomas were awarded in a ceremony organized on Wednesday in Pristina.

This project is made possible by the partnership between the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, UNDP Kosovo, Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari” and LIMAK Kosovo. Its purpose has been to develop extracurricular skills for girls and women students in universities, in order to prepare them for the labor market.

The rector of UIBM, prof.asoc.dr., was also present at the graduation ceremony. Merita Shala and the general secretary, Avdy Beqiri. Rector Shala congratulated the students on their success and at the same time encouraged students in general to become part of projects that help them develop their skills related to the labor market.
