Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovo (YIHR) for the students of the Faculty of Law of UIBM, held an open lecture on the topic: “Youth Initiative for Justice”

Today, young people from Mitrovica, students from the “Isa Boletini” Public University, Law department, were informed more about human rights and the justice system in Kosovo. In the lecture held by Leonora Fazliu, who is currently engaged as a lecturer in the organization Youth Initiative for Human Rights – Kosovo (YIHR) in the project – Youth Initiative for Justice, the students learned more about the institutions in Kosovo and the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
Among other things, they were informed about the platform “E Drêta Jem” and about the information provided by this platform. (https://edrejtajem.org/).
This activity is carried out within the “Youth for Justice” project and is supported by the US State Department – INL.
The objectives of the project/lectures are:
– Promoting a sustainable and creative legal education program on rights, access to justice, accountability mechanisms and legal reform;
– Increasing capacities and critical thinking among students of the Faculty of Law and students in general regarding the justice sector”.
