The BPB Junior program for university students of the last year or just graduated offers opportunities to engage young people in training and professional preparation by the bank’s staff specialized in various fields of the industry, for a period of 3 months in multiple fields and in different teams.

Throughout the program, students will go through a series of training modules, which focus on soft and professional skills that will help develop as BPB employees and create a large network of colleagues, and then possibility of engagement in the bank.
