Rector of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (USHAF), prof. dr. Agron Bajraktari, has assumed the position of chairman of the Conference of Rectors of Public Universities in Kosovo, while the rector of the University of Pristina, prof. dr. Qerim Qerimi will be the deputy chairman. Bajraktari has succeeded in this position the rector of “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, prof.ass.dr. Zeqir Hashani.

The new chairman, prof. dr. Agron Bajraktari said that he will commit to jointly advance the position of public universities in the country.

At the meeting of the Rectors’ Conference that was held on Monday in Pristina, it was also discussed about the preparations related to the opening of competitions for the admission of students in the academic year 2023/24.
