Regular assistant of the Faculty of Food Technology, Arbër Hyseni, on 28.06.2023, has successfully defended his doctoral thesis, entitled: “FORMULATIONS AND PROCESSING OF FUNCTIONAL YOGURT, MICROBIOLOGICAL, RHEOLOGICAL, SENSORY AND NUTRITIONAL CHARACTERIZATION DURING STORAGE” at the University ” St. Kliment Ohridski”, North Macedonia.

The diploma thesis was highly evaluated by the professional committee and received the title of Doctor of Science in the Field of Food.
